Landscape Architect / Project Manager, Permanent Position
Position: We are seeking a Landscape Architect and Project Manager with 8+ years of experience to join us on a full-time basis. Successful candidates will be organized, outgoing, and creative with strong graphic skills. Our work ranges from Master Plans through technical documentation and will require a working knowledge of materials and detailing.
Term: Permanent in-office position at our office in Manayunk, Philadelphia. Our office follows all state and local regulations and mandates concerning business operations, including working remotely via VPN when ordered. All computer hardware and software will be provided.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture.
Experience requirements: 8+ years of work experience in design and construction documentation; project management experience; understanding of NE US plant materials. Experience with AutoCAD drafting and computer rendering, technical writing, project scoping, scheduling, and budget management.
Required Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Word, Excel, Technical Writing, SketchUp
Desired Skills: Twin Motion, proposal preparation, experience working with City of Philadelphia agencies, PLA license, drone pilot certificate, green roof experience, ability to laugh.
